Return policy<\/h1>\n

<\/p>\n

At homeit, we strive for your satisfaction: we are only happy if you are. Therefore, you can opt for a return and refund within 14 calendar days following receipt of the order, whatever the reason for the return  as long as the purchased product shows no signs of use. We only ask you to return the equipment in its original box and packaging, in the same condition you received it. Provided these conditions are met, homeit will return the equipment in its entirety.<\/p>\n

Apart from this, we also offer a 6 or 24-month, according to the applicable law, warranty on all equipment. Please see more details below.<\/p>\n

How to ask for a Return\/Refund<\/h2>\n

To ask for a Return, please send an email to  support@homeit.io<\/em><\/a> with the subject \u201cReturn\u201d.  The Customer Support team will respond within a maximum period of 5 working days to begin the Return\/Refund process, which consists of the following steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Return the equipment to the address specified by our Support Team. <\/li>\n
  2. Our Support Team will inspect the equipment returned and answer you in less than 3 working days.<\/li>\n
  3. If the above conditions are respected, a credit note is then issued and automatically sent to the email address in the customer record and an email with instructions on refund is sent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Warranty<\/h2>\n

    Homeit offers a 6 or 24-month warranty on all equipment. The warranty does not cover equipment failures caused by misuse, alteration of the infrastructure where it is installed or due to natural wear and tear of the equipment, which occurs, above all, in electrical foreheads and keyboards. <\/p>\n

    Warranty situations require a longer resolution time, because they are subject to a technical verification process. When the guarantee is accepted, the product will be replaced by the same item whenever possible or the cost of the product will be refunded.<\/p>\n

    If the warranty is not accepted, the equipment will be shipped again after payment of new shipping charges:<\/p>\n

    • The warranty is of a 6 or 24 months on all the elements comprising the homeit KIT: homeit BOX, electric strike, electric lock, keypads and PoE transformer.<\/li>\n
